I was at your shop on Thursday of this week to have a seat repaired in my Dodge Van. First of all, I want to thank you for being the only place in the area that could find that could solve the problem that I had with a broken seat back.

Next, it was very nice to be able to visit with your staff while I was waiting for the seat repair to be completed. You have a very nice store, a friendly and helpful staff, and the best thing was it was so nice to see a place where dogs are helping to keep the place running in good order.

I had a very pleasant experience, the work was done faster than the time estimated, the price was very fair, and I am a very satisfied customer. You can be sure that I will be back for any other needs for my RV or van, and I will highly recommended you to anyone else who needs parts or service

"Hi Greg.....It's me Carl, you did a conversion on a sprinter a little over a year ago, and I have been meaning to check in and let you know that everything is going great. We just got back from a little road trip through the middle Southern States to visit a friend in Knoxville Tennessee. We have used the van quite a bit on small trips but have not been able to get away for any extended travel till now. We are trying to retire, again, and when we do, we expect to really do some driving. I had damaged another driver's bike rack when my car slid into the back of her's in the rain day before yesterday. The damage to her rack was apparent, but I asked that she also have her hitch reciever checked to ensure that there was no damage there. You not only checked her hitch to verify that it was undamged, but you also assembled and installed the replacement bike rack. You offered to let me pay at the beginning of the service so that I would not need to wait. You did all this and only charged me a very good price for the rack.
