"Hi Greg.....It's me Carl, you did a conversion on a sprinter a little over a year ago, and I have been meaning to check in and let you know that everything is going great. We just got back from a little road trip through the middle Southern States to visit a friend in Knoxville Tennessee. We have used the van quite a bit on small trips but have not been able to get away for any extended travel till now. We are trying to retire, again, and when we do, we expect to really do some driving. Anyway I could go on and on and waste your time with a bunch of gushing compliments but I don't really have the time so I will just say that the job you did for us remains the single most fulfilling and rewarding experience I have ever encountered with any contractor or vendor...ever. As we said when we took delivery back in 07, everything has turned out just as we wanted and every detail has met or exceeded our expectations. Thanks again."

"Hello, I wanted to thank you for the excellent level of service that you provided to me today. I had damaged another driver's bike rack when my car slid into the back of her's in the rain day before yesterday. The damage to her rack was apparent, but I asked that she also have her hitch reciever checked to ensure that there was no damage there. You not only checked her hitch to verify that it was undamged, but you also assembled and installed the replacement bike rack. You offered to let me pay at the beginning of the service so that I would not need to wait. You did all this and only charged me a very good price for the rack. I appreciate the extra effort you went to and I will return to you and recommend you to others. Thank you so much."
